you need to be a member for 3 months and have 500 posts

then you can go here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/group.php) to create a group, once you meet the requirements. you can always ask someone to create a group for you, then ask them to transfer the ownership to you once you are a member for 3 months and have 500 posts

hold on, i was a member for like 6 months, i only have 250+ posts(ive made a group), and theres another group with a person with 250+ posts too... i think now its just 250 posts required?

maybe you don't need to meet both. one or the other (I don't know).

or maybe you're right, the post requirement has been lowered
