Well to define lasting, that means when a guy blows his load... So how ever long u can hold ur load is how long u last. But masterbation is very dif than sex, so u cant compare the two... But its all state of mind. If you think you are going to blow it soon and im all uptight and nervious... you will orgasm soon... but if u relax and know that ull last a long time... you will... its all your state of mind...

Some people can masturbate for 3 hours without cumming, then, that same person will cum within the first 5 minutes of intercourse. Then another person can masturbate for an hour and then last the same amount of time having sex.

The two can't be compared.
