I know that talking to parents can be very scary, and it's often the last thing that you want to do, but from personal experience and from what I've seen on this site, 9 out of 10 parents will find out eventually. You sort of have a choice here. If you're passing out a lot, people are going to start to notice, your parents included. You can tell your parents that you need help, or you can wait until they work it out for themselves.
I don't really know what else to say tbh. No matter how much you know that you need to gain weight, I know it's not that simple. That's why the only advice I can give you is to tell someone about this, otherwise it'll just get worse.
You're 19, so you can get help for yourself without your parents knowing if you want to. If you go and see your doctor, they'll be able to help you, maybe therapy would help. Your parents wouldn't need to be told because you're over 18. Even so, I'd still recommend telling your parents about it, so you can have some support.
Good luck hun, I'm here if you ever need to talk, just PM me :hug3:

Your parents will notice how thin you are, espeically in the summer. They are probably worried about you, and want to help you. It would kill them if they lost you to this, and didn't get you help. Now your in luck you dont' want your parents to know you can get help without parental consent since your 19. Sorry just read Georgia's post after I wrote mine, she said the same sort of thing.
