My Sister not eating

Hi guys i have a big problem, my sister is not eating lately. What i mean is that she avoids mean and veges completly. She just goes to the shop and buys a chocolate or some kind of sweet. Me as athlete understand that those sweets just give her a short energy burst but she doesn't get anything nutricios in her body. What should i do ?

talk to her about it if you can. if you are really worried about her and it is seriously affecting her health contact a doctor or someone who has the power and ability to really help

Yeah i'm worried. She has like 45kg now, and i'm 75. I could break her arm in a sec, i mean not that i would but her arms are so tiny and weak. That can't be good.

try to talk to her,just let her know you're worried about her and it can't be healthy for her. and if that doesn't work talk to you parents about it.
