Hey Guys,

My legs keep aching and every time they ache or have stopped aching my mum says that I have grown am I on my growth spurt?

Can milk help to make me grow further, is it a good idea to drink milk during my growth spurt?

and lastly, Will my voice break shortly after my growth spurt?

Thanks

It depends. sometimes it cold be growing pains. And yes, milk is a good idea no matter how old you are. and people's voices break at different times during puberty

Yes the voice can breake at anytime during puberty. I am sorry but drinking milk will not help you grow taller. Milk, calcium is for bone growth(osteocytes, osteoblasts and osteoclasts). The osteocytes are the bone cells, they make up the bone. The osteoclasts help to shape the bone to its shape. The osteoblasts blast away the rough edges and gives the bone its final and definitive shape. So drinking milk wil not help you grow bigger but it will help you have strong bones because calcium makes bones stronger, not bigger.

Yeah, sounds like growing pains, they should start to die down as you finished growing.

Milk will help keep your bones healthy but Idk if it would actually help you grow more.

Yeah, the same thing happens to me, I get growing pains all the time, I like them just because I get to complain and piss off my Mom xD Anyways, your voice will crack at a different time than other people, like mine cracked this past summer. :-D Just wait it out!
