if the top of your penis is covered by skin when you are soft but not covered when you are hard than you are uncut. if it looks the same when it is hard and when it is soft you are cut.

I'm cut but sometimes when I'm soft my skin also covers my head. But I know I'm cut. Maybe that's what is happening to you

You can tell if you are cut or not when you are soft. If you are uncut the skin would cover the head of your penis and if you are cut it will not :)

When you are soft, or flacid, does skin cover the head of your penis? If it does and looks simmilar to an anteater, then you are uncut.

Go to Wikipedia, type in circumcision, scroll down and you'll see photos of cut and uncut dicks both hard and soft. Compare yourself and that should answer your question.

You will definitely be able to tell the difference. when you are soft, your skin will constantly cover all of your head. when you're circumcised, it may slightly touch the head, or maybe roll up onto it a LITTLE, but not nearly like being uncircumcised.

You might be partially Cut which means you have some extra skin that still hangs over the head of your penis if you are fully cut then you wouldnt have any extra skin
