I'm 15 and am going to my first ever gynecologist appointment later this week :/ I have some questions about it....
What typically happens at your first appointment?
Is the doctor typically a male or a female?
Am I completely naked?
Do they touch me at all?
What happens if I get "excited" will they notice?
Will they be able to tell my sexual history by looking?

Uhm.. I haven't been to one but usually you'll have your shirt on. And if it feels uncomfortable, wear a shirt that is a little longer! (:
Good luck! (:

I have only seen a gynecologist once, but that was because I had problems with my period, so I'm not sure what a typical appointment would be like.
My doctor was a female, and I think mostly gynecologists are female. But if it is a male doctor don't be worried, he has probably done this many times before. If you do feel really weird about it then maybe you could ask if there is a female doctor. They probably won't mind, if you explain that you feel very uncomfortable.
No, you are not completely naked. If they do have to examine you, you will only be ask to take off your trousers (pants if you are from the North America) as well as shoes.
It depends whether they will examine you or not. I said before I don't know what the typical appointment is like, so maybe they will. But they will ask you some questions regarding your body and sexual health. Then, they might examine you.
It's very unlikely that you will get excited in the first place. They definitely don't touch in the exact places that are likely to get you excited, and the setting for it... isn't what I'd call romantic.
Well, they will be able to tell if you have an infection, and if you are a virgin or not. Other than that, it's all your own secret.
