There is actually SOME correlation to this claim, but it's not very consistent. That said, you shouldn't assume that a person has a big schlong if they have big shoes because it might not be true.

The rumor may be because in adolesence if youre feet are large you are likley to grow tall, that probably means large part. Just a guess where theyre idea may have came from but I dont agree with them.
