(Please move if in wrong place)

I'm 16 in the UK

I want to go and see the doctor about a lump that i found (i posted a few days ago) Because its getting a bit bigger and better be safe then sorry however i never had 'the talk' or anything from my dad were not that close and with my mum is just awkward. the last time she seeing me was when i was like 7.

So will i be old enough to go to the doctors by myself some time this week if i phone up?

There isn't an age limit, whenever you feel comfortable enough to go alone you can. I've been going alone since i was 14/15.

Think about it this way, in the UK @ 16 you can move out, so obviously if you move out you had moved out you wouldnt realy crawl home to get your mum/dad to take you to doctors etc, so basicaly, yes you can go on your own

You can go in alone if you want, you just need to let your parents know how you feel. I am sure that they will understand.
