For the sagging, I think that sag more when I free ball it. I used to wear briefs, but my balls and penis had no space. Boxer briefs are the best for me.

When I freeball it my balls start to sag. I can see they hang lower when I look into the mirror. In fact after a while, they start to hurt alittle because of no support. Then I gotta wear my boxer briefs again to get the boys back inline.

Also I usually freeball it wearing jeans. I am always afraid that when I wear basketball shorts, that I will have a hard time to hide the random boner. I sometimes find myself not wanting to standup when that happens.
