Hey guys, I am trying to lead a more healthy lifestyle and lose some pounds. I have changed what I'm eating, and trying to get more active. Any suggestions on what I can do to become more active?

Walking every day does a lot. I hear some people lose tons of weight from walking. You can jog or run to after walking so that you'll have cardio.

first drink plenty of water. i'm a health freak so i only drink water and eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies for snacks. stay away from fastfood too. and for exercise walking is good. also go grab a friend and maybe play tennis or soccer, something thats easy to pick up and is really fun.
