Maybe you shouldn't make it too obvious that you like this chick with a boyfriend. When/if they break up, and they're teenagers so they most likely will, then give her time and make your move. If she doesn't like you nothing will happen and you'll have to move on. If she likes you, well you know. Right now she has a boyfriend and you should respect that.

I just posted on another post about a girl waiting to make her move if the person she wants breaks up with their partner. I advise the same thing with you. If they do break up then give her some time and then make your move. But dont go to fast, you might scare her.
