Well,there is a difference,in English speaking world folk music is not popular at all,but on Balkans it is the main type,this song is actually a dance(kolo=circle),and no it doesn't mean that we are 20 years behind the world,we just use modern music and sing in the old way so we are 10 years behind,xd here is few typical songs from balkans
