Who else here to loves to jog outside for exercise? And how far do you go usually?

I usually run like 3 times a week in the nice weather, and like 4-5 kilometers.
But, I hate running inside on treadmills, too boring.

I love running but I barely have time for it, I go to a gym but I spend most time on weights but i'd still run a couple miles on the treadmill. Might start going outside on the green though since the weather's really nice these days.

I use it as a stress release, the most ticked I am the faster I go. I do an average of about 3miles

I love running. I used to jog at least 3 times a week, until I got in a car accident about a month ago. I wasn't allowed to do anything (even though I wasn't hurt as badly as I could have been) because the doctors didn't want to "rush anything." So now I've started jogging again but I have to take it slow cause I have to get back into shape. Usually I take one of my dogs with me, they like it too. :P

Sometimes I jog, but I find the force of my foot hitting the ground goes all the way through my back and I end up with a massive headache. It happens everytime. I end up with a sore back, extremely sore neck and a headache. I'm going to stick with power-walking, and perhaps join a gym sometime :P

I really love to walk. i do walk daily and also do running in the evening because i know that these exercises are great for my health . These exercises can reduce the fat from our body and reduce our weight. So everyone should do running.

Jogging and running are amazing! But suck with asthma. I do it on the treadmill and wait till I burn off at least 200 cals.

I hate jogging because I have flat feet. Flat feet leads to shin splints and shin splints+running= ow.

The sound of my hips scraping together hurts my ears, so no. I don`t jog because my fatness makes me tired and hungry.

Ya, running on treadmill is boring. Outside is always a different scenery, I usually run/jog a mile or 2 on a nice day at least once a weekend. I got sports on weekdays :)
