I get these, they usually go away. I have one right now in fact. It's just a friction spot, try wearing some tighter underwear there to reduce friction, or use baby powder if you don't mind the smell.

yes, due to the act of matasis (matastising) the cancer could spread from your testicles. An example is someone having lung cancer and it matastises to their brain. Either way you should go and talk to your primary care physician
