Ok, so I have a very painful and weird issue with my jaw.
If I open my mouth super wide, and quickly. right under my chin, literally right below it, where my jaw is, I get a super sharp pain in my jaw. It feels like my chin/jaw seperated into two. I can even feel a huge bump under my chin too if I end up stretching my mouth. It goes away after about 30 seconds though. Do any of you guys have this issue?

It may be your wisdom teeth comeing in.
Is there anything that makes this pain increase or decrease?
How would you rate this pain, on a scale of 0-10 and ten being the worst?
Does the pain hurt anywhere else?
How long has this been happening?

Can you give more details on the exact area?

It sounds like it's more towards the chin, away from the wisdom teeth.

To be specific, if you take your index finger and put it directly behind your jaw, near your chin. That's where it is at. On my right side of my jaw.
And yeah. Not wisdom teeth. It's not even close to that area.

retromandibular, umm there is only one bone there. Is it at the bottom of the bone or the top, towards the teeth? There are nerves that extend to the bottom of the back of the jaw (proximally retromandibular) but the nerve bundle that those nerves extend from are located near the jaw hing (proximal to the tempromandibular joint) and it could be due to pressure on the nerve bundle (this is called reffered pain, the actual injury is one place but it presents the pain in a different location). It man actually be your wisdome teeth.
Or you might just be over reacting.

No, it's my bone. I'm almost sure of it. Actually, I am sure it's my jaw bone. Not the wisdom tooth.

It could be TMJ which is a joint disorder in the jaw, i have it. TMJ causes jaw pain and snapping, popping sound, maybe thats what you have. To help it wear a mouth guard, or retainer to keep your jaw in the correct place. hope it helped :)

I've heard of that...I think I'm an only case for me. Oh well haha. It's rare when I get the pain in my jaw.

EITHER WAY, I still you need ot go and talk to your dentist and if they think it is anything of importance they will send you possibly to a maxofacial specialist.

I'll bring it up. I should be due for a check up soon.

It may be because of a fracture in your jaw, or the wisdom teeth, but it doesn't seem (from your description) that it's near the wisdom teeth.
I would also reccomend seeing a doctor or dentist to check it.
Take care!
