Penis growth spurt?

so about 2 weeks ago my penis was a little over 7 inches and i noticed while masterbating yseterday that it semmed bigger so i measured it and well its now a little over 8 inches... im 16 and woundering if that kind of growth is normal?

What happens during stimulation of such sorts (masturbating) is that when you are extremely horny, your penis will grow larger depending on how turned on you are. If you've observed how big it gets, then you must've observed at how small it can get when you are masturbating to something that doesn't turn you on as much. It's pretty much all based on your turn-ons.

But if it is consistently 8 inches long AFTER the fact of masturbating that night, then that could mean an exponential growth spurt. But I believe it is my first point. :)
