So I was spending the night at my uncles house, he is 33. and i am 16 and we were in our underwear and I saw him without a shirt and I said "woah uncle Tommy your chest is really hairy" and then he said look what else is hairy and he just briefly pulled down his boxers and pulled them back up and he told me "i showed you mine, now show me yours man". I said to him "alright, come over here and see". I didn't pull down my underwear, he came over and just opened my waistband and looked in. I mean, it's normal right? Were both guys right? I did not feel uncomfortable. Do you think this was inappropriate behavior?

It's still kinda wrong if he started it y'know, like, if you were curious then I suppose it's ok, a teenage boy is gonna feel curious about other people compared to him, but a grown man shouldn't be exposing himself to you like that.

It'd be perfectly natural for you and your uncle to see each other naked and check each other out if you were at the gym in the shower or sauna or something like that. but the way he did it was not natural at all. I'd ignore anything like that if it happened again. And if he tried to show you his boner or tries to get you to show yours you should tell your dad.

What your uncle just did is pretty much illegal and can be classified as sexual abuse, regardless of whenever or not you were consensual about it. A mature relationship does not include showing penis off to each other.

*Mature relationship being treating your uncle or other relatives as part of your family (Which they are), but completely avoiding any sexual activities between the two of you.

No, most guys don't do this. It is weird and yucky. It's not your fault, he made you do it. Since he is over 18 and you are under 18.....I don't know...but I can say it isn't cool.
