The past week I have been sick and unable to eat. Well I lost 13 pounds and like I actually ate today and I feel really sick from it. I do not know what is going on. Help some?

My parents think I had the flu. I was not able to even stick my pinky in my mouth for four to five days. I had fever blisters like mad all over my lips. Last night my bf got me to eat again and I was like "I am going to throw up" and he asked why and I told him because I have not been able to eat the past few days and all he said was oh. Yes, I have been meaning to lose weight [which is why my bf is not freaking out like normal people] but is it too much?

Well ya it's to much, but since you don't really have an appatite then you can't help it. I mean do you want to loose that much weight? Most people loose their appetite when they are sick.

I am a very ... jealous person. Like all the females on my mom's side go on and on about being like 110 when they were my age. My cousin is the perfect example of that but she is like three years older than me. I am only 13 pounds away from that. I want to lose weight. I want to be down to like that because I have never really been confident about myself or anything.

i am 13 pounds away from it now. before i got sick i weighed 136.
i am 5'4".

so you lost 13 pounds and wanna lose 13 more...

hmmm well if you got down to 110 pounds that still be healthy, but on the very edge of being under-weight. I would aim for 115-120 if you wanna lose weight.

hmmm. well i am close to 120 but i feel like that is not enough. right now i am freaking out becuase i gained back a pound from while i was sick.

Ashley...you can drop to 115 if you want....but remember that is borderline underweight. Don't worry I doubt you'll be overweight.

i have had an extreme fear of being fat since sixth grade. that is when i lost a lot of weight. i went from close to 130 to 110. then now i am afraid of being that big again. but back then i was a lot shorter too.

heya huni, please dont worry about your weight what u said earler in this thread was that u think u will be more confident if you are 110, well i just have to say as smeone who is permantly paranoid about their weight that, you want to reach 110, when u get there u will wnat to reach 105, then 100, and so on and so on, i no this beacuse this is what i do, i no i shouldnt but i cant help it i have a huge fear of being overwwight, if you carry on the way you are goin you could end up seriously ill, so please forget the scales and how much you weigh, as long as your weight does not affect what u want to do everyday, then you are your perfect body weight, (((hugs))) i hope i was a small help at least, sorry if i didnt make much sence tho, reasons for that, wont go into, anyway (((huge hug))) keep smiling hun xoxox

aw huni, im glad that was some use, and trust me i no what its like to be paranoid, i am obsessed with food, i think the best thing to do is hide the scales, i myself am forever weighing myself and i no that fuels my want to lose weight and my huge dissapointment when i gain a even half a pound or something, so i say leave the scales behind as they will do you no good, ((hug)) lov ya huni stay strong xoxox

i think yesterday i weighed myself every 20 minutes. the most i have weighed myself in a long time. i freaked out because i gained back a pound and my bf was trying to calm me down and it did not work at all. i am scared to seee how much i gained back today.

hey huni, please dont even do it, really there is not positive out come to weighing your self, especially when you are already up set about your weight, why tortcher your self with it, hide the scales dont look at them forget them and be happy just to be you, as i said before if your weight does not directly affect your everyday activitys then you are your perfect body weight, really start to believe in yourself i believe in you!! ((((hugest hug possible)))
