What to underwear to wear for football

What do you guys wear when you play football because i dont know if i should wear a athletic cup or compression shorts or what any help

i dont play football. :/ i would be horrible!

lol. but my friends love it and they say they wear jock straps and cups. soo... from hearing that they wear jock straps and cup i think that those would be good to wear while playing football.

I wear under armour comp shorts the long style. I think there is 3 dif lengths. I like the long ones for football. I wear a shock doc joc with cup for hockey but I have never had an issue with the boys in football. Im a lineman tho. could be diff for backs?

I don't play football but I would imagine compression shorts and a cup would be fine.

If it's full contact then go for compression shorts, either with or without a cup.

Man totally protecting "it" would be #1. I'd wear compression shorts (i hear the are good to keep muscles warm and reduce possible pulls and tears) and a cup. Def don't need any issues bro... protect them

*Im in Football*. I wear Underarmour Compression Shorts. Then a Underarmour Girdle over that followed by our pants. Thats pretty much what our entire team wears
