help!not good!!:((I need a girls help!

well i had my period on my sheets and i cant wash it out....like there are these brown/yellow stains and i dont wana tell anyone cause its emberassing!!what do i do to wash them out?!i rele need help please please help girls!!!

i would say purposely spill something with the same colour nearby it and just say to your parents that i spilt it by mistake, can i have it washed plz...it works like a charm and you can never be mistaken. Just make sure that the stuff you spill on your shets looks like it has been spilt

This is easy, just wash your own sheets. Or tell ur mum, and remeber to sleep with a pad/tampon on when you know ur on nxt time
