Tuna Cakes:

3 cans of tuna
Three large spoonfuls of mayo
one eggs worth of eggwhites
1/4 t. old bay seasoning
bread crumbs
olive oil

Mix together everything except the bread crumbs. Then, add enough bread crumbs until the tuna mixture is solid enough to shape into patties. Shape it into 5 patties. Then fry them on both sides until they are golden brown. Serve with couscous and broccoli. Enjoy.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. In another mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the egg-milk mixture. Gradually draw in the flour from the sides and combine well; the dough should be smooth and thick. Let the dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Bring 3 quarts of salted water to a boil in a large pot, then reduce to a simmer. To form the spaetzle, hold a large holed colander or slotted spoon over the simmering water and push the dough through the holes with a spatula or spoon. Do this in batches so you don't overcrowd the pot. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the spaetzle floats to the surface, stirring gently to prevent sticking. Dump the spaetzle into a colander and give it a quick rinse with cool water.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add the spaetzle; tossing to coat. Cook the spaetzle for 1 to 2 minutes to give the noodles some color, and then sprinkle with the chopped chives and season with salt and pepper before serving.

GREAT GERMAN RECIPE!!!! Its good with sauerkraut or sausage

Chocolate Soufflé/Chocolate Lava Cake
125 grams bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces
125 grams unsalted butter
3 large eggs
125-150 grams sugar (really depends on how sweet you want it)
35 grams all-purpose flour

Preheat over to 200˚C (392˚F)

Put the chocolate and butter (all in small pieces) in a bowl which is over a saucepan of simmering water. Make sure the water isn't touching the saucepan. Stir every now and then until the butter and chocolate is melted. When melted, put aside.

Grease 4 ramekins with butter and then flour them so that flour covers it's interiors. Tip excess flour out. (if you don't have ramekins, then use cupcake pan. It can usually hold 4-6 depending on the size).

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and flour, don't overmix. Then GRADUALLY stir in the chocolate and butter mixture. After, evenly divide the mixture between the ramekins.

Put the ramekins on a baking sheet (No need if you're using a cupcake pan) and bake for 10-12 until the tops are firm and start cracking. Use a toothpick to poke one of them to see if they are ready, the inside should still be gooey. DO NOT overcook them or the insides will set! Serve immediately.
This recipe is SO GOOD! And it's so easy to make at the same time, just using the ingredients that you probably have at home!

P.S. It's extra good with vanilla ice-cream

Take 2 Graham Crackers
.5g of weed
Enough Nutella or Peanut Butter to cover both crackers
Put weed between two crackers like a sandwhich, taking care to make sure it is completely covered without airholes
Wrap tightly in foil
Bake at 290 degrees farenheit for 18 minutes

BAM Instant Firecräckers.

I invented my own thing here recently.

Cut a pork loin up into kinda thick pieces, enough for everyone to have atleast 4 slices. Create a marinade using:

-White grape fruit juice
-Tonys Seasoning
-Poultry Seasoning

Marinade it for about an hour but keep an eye on it, if the pieces are too thin they'll begin to fall apart.

After it's done marinading create a batter with flour and fish fry (Or whatever batters you want, this is my favorite). Get a frying pan hot and batter your pork loin chops using the marinade as the wash. Fry them until golden brown (They'll be done).

Make a homemade white gravy with flour and milk and tonys and pepper, and make some mashed potatos.

Tuna Pasta Bake

Two cups pasta (Regular pasta no wholegrain)
One tin of Tuna
One can of Creamy Tomato sauce
Lea & Perrings
Splash of Milk
Grated Cheese (You need quite a lot but I have no measurements lol)
Bread Crumbs

Boil the pasta until its ready then drain it but put it back into the pan, and mix it around with a spoonfull of butter. While you are cooking this preheat the oven at 200 degrees (Celsius), and get out a dish. Put the tuna in the dish and brake it up and spread it around, before adding the Creamy Tomato Sauce. After this shower a bit of Lea&Perrings over it and mix. Fill the Creamy Tomato Sauce can about 1/8 with milk and swivel around then pour into the dish. Next, when your pasta is ready pour it into the dish and mix around. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the dish after a good stir. Layer the grated cheese on top and then put it into the oven at 180 degrees (Celsius) and wait twenty five to thirty minutes. Serve hot and its great as leftovers just put it in the microwave. It goes great with salad or peas.

I love this dish I've had it since I was really young up till now haha.
