This is my favorite ice cream. If you don't understand something, just VM me. I help make it all the time.

Vanilla Ice Cream

Servings: [1 Gal]
"Traditional custard recipe - sugar, eggs and milk are cooked, and then combined with whipped cream."
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups white sugar
4 cups milk
8 eggs
8 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In medium saucepan over low heat, stir together sugar, milk and eggs. Cook, stirring continuously, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon, 10 to 20 minutes. Cook as close to 185 F as possible. Remove from heat and let cool.

2.
Fold cream into cooled custard. Chill in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
3.
Stir chilled mixture to recombine, and freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.

I love Hot blackberry souffles, heres the recipe.

Preheat oven at gas mark 5.

Grease the inside of 6 ramekins with butter and dust with Caster Sugar.

Add 350g of Blackberries, 1 cooking apple, finely diced, the rind of 1 orange and the orange juice into a pot on a medium to high gas for 12-15 minutes.

Stir continuously and then pour the ingredients into a sieve and sieve into a bowl.

It may take awhile to get all the puree out, so press down on the ingredients with a spoon.

Once the puree is in a bowl, add 50g of Caster sugar and stir until it starts to get thick.

Add a few spoonfuls of the puree into each of the ramekins, to cover the bottom.

In a separate bowl, whisk 3 egg whites until they start to form stiff peaks, then very gradually whisk in 100g of caster sugar.
The mixture should look like a glossy meringue mixture.

Add some of the mixture into the puree to lighten it, and then add the rest.

Pour evenly into the 6 ramekins and smooth the top with a knife.
Cut the mixture away from the edges so it will rise correctly.

Bake in a preheated oven at gas mark 5 for 10-15 minutes or until the top is brown.

Well, it's not my favorite food, but it is one of my favorite things to have with food.

Blue Cheese Dressing(Makes a lot)

2 Gallons of Mayo
1/2 Gallon of Butter Milk
4 Ounces of Warshinsyer Sauce
6 Ounces of Sour Cream
1/2 pound of Blue Cheese Crumbles

First drop one gallon of Mayo into a 5 Gallon Container. Mix in the Warshinsyer Sauce, the Sour Cream, and the Milk. Mix this all until it is smooth and creamy. Then add the other gallon of Mayo, again mix until mixture is smooth and creamy. After that, slowly mix the Blue Cheese Crumbles into the mix... Cool for at least 6 hours.

This make about 4.5 Gallons, and normally stays good for about 1 month, 3 months if frozen. (Note: This is a restaurant recipe, hence the reason for such a large amount. You can scale it down, just make sure to scale everything correctly or this will not turn out.)

Default Re: Cheesecake

Here is a recipe for cheesecake:

ingredients you need:

Olive oil (1 tablespoon)

Onion (1)

Garlic (6 teaspoons, minced)

Shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)

Pastry shells puff (12 and previously baked)

Butter or margarine (4 tablespoons)

Cream cheese (3 packages or 8 ounces, previously softened)

Eggs (4)

Heavy cream (1/2 cup)

Smoked Gouda (16 ounces previously grated)

Salt (2 teaspoons)

How to do it:

Above all you will need to preheat the oven first, you have to do it at 350F or 175C degrees, leave it heating while you do the mix; for this you will need a large skillet over medium to low heat, here you will warm the oil and saute the onions and garlic until the onions turn translucent; when this is done set them aside to cool while you do the rest. Now cut the shrimp into half inch pieces, but reserve 12 uncut for garnish. After this take a large skillet place it at medium-low heat and in here melt the butter adding the rest of the garlic and all the shrimp, cook this mix for 2 to 4 minutes or until the shrimp turn opaque and pink. Now you have to work on the pastry. Remove the inside of the cooled puff pastry shells. Before you finish mix in a large the cheese, beat the cream cheese until creamy, adding one egg at a time and keep mixing until it has an uniform look; add the cream, gouda, onions, shrimps and salt. Use this mix to fill the pastry shells. Now take the shells and bake them in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes o until the top is golden brown, garnish them with the whole shrimp and the chopped chives, this will give it a more elegant look and will be ready to be eaten.

You will need:
-Custard cream cookies
-Fruit yogurt (preferably cherry flavoured)
-Peanut butter or Nutella
-Chopped banana
-Blackberries
-Strawberries
-Raspberries
-Rainbow sprinkles
-Chocolate chips

How to make it:
1. Put the custard cream cookies, chopped banana pieces, blackberries and strawberries in a bowl, and then bash them the fuck to death with a rolling pin (or a hammer if you must).
2. Pour a tub of yogurt all over the destroyed food items, and then follwed by a dollop of peanut butter or Nutella. You must then stir all the ingredients well.
3. Put as many raspberries on top of this mixture as you want. However, DO NOT BASH THEM, since they taste better when they're not battered the hell out of.
4. Sprinkle this mixture with some rainbow sprinkles and chocolate chips.
5. Eat that shit.

One of my personal (and not as strange) favourites. <3

Funny you should mention that, because I was about to say oreos instead of custard creams when I was initially writing that recipe out. xD

Sounds tasty ^.^
"and then bash them the fuck to death" - nice phrasing. Sounds like a great way for someone to get some aggression out.

chicken wing in sweet chilly marinade.

a tasty, fast and easy way to prepare a meal-

10 chicken wings (can do more\less)

(the sauce is subjective, dont forget to taste and add whatever you wish)
for the marinade:
-3 ketchup ts.
-3 soy sauce ts.
-3 sweet chilli sauce ts (or anything like it).
-1 ts of sugar (recommended brown though not important).
-few finelly chopped garlic cloves.
-some finelly chopped ginger.
mix it and taste it and add ingridients until it's perfect.

drop the chicken wings in the marinade. mix it and put it into the fridge for a hour or preferrably over the night... heat an oven to 180 degrees celsius (360 farenhite). pour the wings with the merinade into a dish and shove it to the oven, every few minutes check on it and flip it when the upper side is cooked. together it will take around 20 minutes to bake. half hour after you made it there is no trace of neither the wings or the marinade.

*tip on eating chicken wings-
if you empty your plate after short periods of time, you will feel like you almost didn't eat anything, and by that you won't feel fat while eating your eigth wing ^^

The best bowl of Lucky Charms you will EVER eat.

A bowl.
A box of Lucky Charms.
Milk.
Butterscotch chips. (preferably Hershey's brand)
A spoon.

Put all of that stuff in your bowl and eat it.
Easy enough I'd say?
