Default Anxiety attack?

I was wondering if I could get a description of what an anxiety attack feels like from someone who has had one, because informative websites don't seem to be enough. Specifically ones that rise from no where and arn't focused on anything (if thats possible).

Well, I haven't had one, but my understanding is that mentally there's a sense of imminent doom, of panic, in the absence of any clear reason. Physiologically, and simultaneously, there's racing heart beat, increased, shallow breathing, the skin can become cold and clammy, a sense of lightheadedness, dizzyness, blurry vision, a ringing in the ears. The person may scream (or feel like screaming), and thoughts race.

Thanks for replying, cuz recently I've just been noticing that I do a lot of things that I had activly though I'd not been doing or had taken for granted as normal (mood swings and certain actions/fealings). If you are extreamly alert, sort of jumpy, shaking uncontrolably to the extent that it is hard to type, and sort of anxiouse(but thats just cuz I'm posting stuff so that has a reason) does that sound at all like one?

An anxiety attack really shuts you down, it's overwhelming, and it's uncontrollable. That doesn't sound like you, yours isn't that serious.

Maybe it's a lot of anxiety, that's uncomfortable, but manageable.

Anxiety attacks are in often irrational display of emotion where a person will "freak out". When I used to have anxiety attacks in the hospital, I would shake uncontrollably, sweat, become nauseous, feel hopeless, and get a hard core headache. For some of my friends that I met there, they would have heart racing, like feel as if they were going to faint, have a heart attack, etc. They would even collapse. It just is like there is nothing write and you are scared and nervous and just... freaking out.

All you need is love.
