Question ...im' kinda struggling here

im at a normal weight now...like i've put on about 15pounds (i think...i hate stepping on a scale)....[i guess i should mention i didn't throw up, i just wouldn't eat]

but i figured out hwo much i eat compaired to how much i exersize compaired to my hight...and it had a calculator so i filled it in...i barely eat 1800 calories a day....on a good day....(after exersszing hr daily, that aint good)

me 13..and i konw i need to eat more..but how can i make myself...with OUT getting sick?

i can't tell my mom, she wouldn't ever belive me, even though i'm still pretty weak most of the time....so don't even SUGEST that thakns
