Default Helping a friend?

So I had to listen to about 20 mins of my friends voice cracking and seeing literal tears coming down her cheeks because of some relationship bullshit. Long story short and because its not my story to tell, her bf cheated on her and repeatedly lied to her, she found out from their group, and they broke up over a phone call.

Shes so heartbroken and fucked up over this and I dont know what to do or say? Like Ive gone through two breakups with kind of similar situations but I didnt get fucked up like this. She was in like almost a year relationship and shes crying and it hurts so bad to see her like this. I want to help but I have no idea how...

Have you guys helped friends get over breakups? Or whats some advice youve gotten yourself? Cuz I honestly dont even know what to say. Im so pissed and angry and sad and my chest hurts and I cant even help her, like what the fuck?

Just be there and available as a friend. Be understanding and validate her feelings. Listen to her speak and hug her when shes really down. Buy her a coffee or lunch. Take her to a movie or watch a movie on tv. Try and get her mind off whats on her mind

Then hire some bad ass guy in the hood to kick her exs ass for being a dickhead like that

Give her emotional support but
don't judge her. Let her cry it out.
Go out shopping or for lunch to get
her mind off bad feelings.

Just listen and try to do distracting activities with them. At some point it is also okay to give them a push if they need it to move into new things.
