Has anybody got a diet that they follow that helps them lose weight?

We are all different pal. Some diets work well with some people. Other diets do not. For example a seafood diet may be really affective on one person but not the other. Please PM me for further discussion for I am quite busy.

Are you looking to lose weight or just information?

At your age dieting can be complicated cause you need certian things to help you grow. And some food not so much.
Exercise imo or just increasing your physical activity at least, to get started, is the best way to lose weight.
Doesnít need to be like a full workout in a gym 5days a week, even thatís something to work up to
Walking, swimming, running, lots of cardio is really good
As well as a good diet.
But talk to a doctor about all that and maybe a nutritionist if your serious

It is to help me lose weight, I currently weigh around 120KG's but want to get it to atleast low 90's (I know this is alot but it isn't impossible), but yeah anyway I'm just trying to find a diet I can follow. I am already swimming for 60 mins a day doing laps and sit ups hanging off the edge. Anything that could help, send it my way.

So your doing some good exercises. And some will build muscle which is heavier than fat. Swimming and laps is great, thatís a low impact full body workout thatíll tone your whole body and help lose weight and improve your cardiovascular system.
But you also need protein and carbs, a well balanced diet. And thatís going to be different for everyone. Just like an exercise program is different for everyone

If you work with a trainer, and a nutritionist st, theyíll both help make a good plan for you personally based on your wants and physical health and condition and goals
