Medium rare, never over medium. Best way to get em. Fast food don’t matter tho, they’re all the same

Honestly, although I love my steaks rare - med rare, I like my burgers more on the medium side. MR bleeds too much and makes the bun overly soggy and falls apart. Now, if I'm just getting the burger with no bun, which I do sometimes, I'll go more on the MR side, which is my overall preference. Growing up, my dad always taught me to order medium well. Never understood what that meant until I was older.

as an industry worker though, I almost never send food back. I'll still eat it even if it's overcooked, as long as it's edible. The only time I'll send something back is if I can't eat it- overly, overly overcooked or undercooked, raw poultry, physical contaminants, etc. I know that shit happens and it is what it is, it won't make or break it if it's edible.

I am the same way. I like medium rare steaks, but prefer my burgers to be cooked medium.

Not if you do em right. Gotta toast the buns, throw a lil Mayo n ketchup on it, all the fillings like lettuce, cheese, etc, then the meat. bottom bun wont get soggy if ya stack it right ykno

I like my burgers cooked medium-rare. I don't like lettuce and tomato on them. But I like extra sauted onions and sometimes cheese.

I agree with no mayo on burgers (I don't like mayo at all). Bruce Willis agrees too.

that's what ketchup is for haha. It's all good, I agree, I def don't want my burger dry either. I can make a pretty tasty burger. some different seasonings and I often use a little worcestershire as well. They usually out juicy and flavorful (I often don't even use ketchup on them).

You can make my burger anytime. I can't stand ketchup on a burger drowns out the flavor of the burger even more so than mayo. Your hired as the official burger maker at JT bar and grill.

haha sounds good. I agree, a great burger doesn't need ketchup. I been using it less and less of it in general. but on occasion, esp sometimes with french fries it can be good.
