we all have that problem, i don't really mind too much and to be honest there is not much you can do about it. you have a penis and balls, that's that and you might as well keep going with everything.

I only did competitive swimming when I was younger. I was somewhat conscious back then even. But I was an early bloomer. I would be very conscious now. But it would also be fun and funny lol. My first swim coach had us wear speedos. My second one had us wear jammers. Maybe see if you can wear jammers and not speedos. But even jammers show your junk too. I never wore wrestled. I tried it but I play basketball so the two sports coincide. But I wore a wrestling singlet for halloween 2 years ago and it was pretty popular lol. But just wore it at the party. I would've had a hard time wearing it in front of parents and grandparents and teachers.

Not really so far, but I also shower after PE and swimming at school so I'm kind of used to that.

Thirteen, twin.
Feel free to PM or add me.

I've been wearing Speedos all my life and really like wearing them. I'm probably the "smallest" on my swim team and sometimes get some teasing from my friends, but I really don't mind. I like my body and the way I look.

Before u go in for a sport where u have
to wear something brief an going to show
a lot of ur skin or a budge-u have to decide
at that time if u will b able to preform. If u
have doubts or u r or feel self conscious then
u should not go in for that sport. Yeah a lot of
guys r self conscious but as time goes by u get
used to it. In my school it was brought up this
wrestling season for guys to wear instead of a
singlet but a two piece compression suit because
some guys didn't like that boners would pop up
while they were riding their partner in order to pin.
It didn't pass as for now.

I disagree. If you truly love a sport you should do it no matter what! You have a point that you should know what the uniforms are a head of time, and if you can't wear what you want to wear you shouldn't complain (since you knew before hand). Like at my school some distance runner girls don't like wearing the bun huggers that show like half of your ass cheeks. So they do get an option to wear the longer compression tights. So it's a win-win for them. But other schools MAKE girls wear the ass cheek showing bun huggers. I don't feel that's right.

I don't understand how a 2-piece compression suit would help hide boners? If anything that could be worse. Guys with huge dicks could have their boners revealed by the waistband and even worse, a wrestler could pants his opponent on purpose or on accident with a 2 piece suit.

Agree if u truly love a sport then go for it but
how can u preform well if u r self conscious of
ur looks. U have to learn that playing well in a
sport is the main purpose and if u have problems
with ur body then u don't get into a situation where
u mind is going to b on not to get a boner. Also Agree
that a 2 piece compression suit probably is just as a
revealing prob for some guys so that is one reason it
was shot down. Honestly I like the singlet and speedo.

I'm going to make a comment to u Mike.
If u r a good athlete and ur heart is into
any sport that u want or r playing in then
u don't have to worry about how u look in
a singlet or speedo. U r not the only guy
that has the same feelings or probs that
u have. Just play the game the very best
u can and don't think bout things that may
stop u.

I have never really been self conscious. I guess if it really bothers you then maybe that sports not for you. But if you enjoy it then throw you worries aside and play or do the sport.

I am gay and happy with that.
I love talking to people very open & willing to listen.
I am also glad to try help with questions or problems.
Hit me up for anything. I promise I don't bite.

I reckon feeling self-conscious whatever we do is part of being in puberty. And embarrassment about showing our body is one of the worst things. If you can, try to avoid situations where you know you're going to feel as if you want the floor to open up and swallow you.

I totally agree. I remember in 8th grade even my small patch of dark pubic hair made me feel embarrassed in the locker room whenever younger guys were in there too. Guys that had very little visible pubic hair yet. It made no sense for me to feel self-conscious about that, but I was. Especially when I could tell they were staring at me down there.

I do, but far less than I used to.
I'm a self conscious person in general so, of course I shall be in this aspect of life. There's noting wrong with that.

You get use to it once you start wearing a speedo or wrestling singlet. For swimming you can always wear jammers which doesn稚 show as much.

Been swimming since I was 6 and always wore a speedo so I guess it really wasn't something that I was concerned about. I believe that if you like what you're doing you deal with it. My oldest brother was a wrestler in HS and is extremely well endowed and it never bothered him. And I agree, a two piece wrestling uniform would be a big mistake for the reasons that have been stated.

I am a twin, 17 -- gay and proud. Would love to talk to all you guys in here. Very open to discuss things and like to talk to new friends.
