I have rather frequent PANIC ATTACKS and even when I'm not having one, I'm scared of the possibility that I might.
Any tips, hints tricks? I appreciate it.

What I’ve started to do when I start to have trouble breathing and my anxiety starts acting up at night, is going into YouTube and looking up “Meditation for anxiety” or “Meditation for panic attacks” videos. Plug in some headphones and see if those work. They’re really calming and they really help me with my anxiety and regulating my breathing.

In general though, I’ve found keeping active and cutting things off that give me anxiety have helped me in my daily life.

If it’s come to the point of regularity though that you’re having panic attacks and anxiety, i would definitely suggest seeking counseling or therapy.

I'm most certainly seeing a therapist. Thanks for the advice.

No problem, hope it helps! I know there’s a lot of stuff that can help with anxiety, but meditation really helps me personally!

First and foremost consult a doctor, and if you are having a panic attack put your head between your knees and take deep breaths.

I have some tips that help me with anxiety maybe they could help you.

Try deep breathing exercises. Breath in for like 5 seconds and the breathe out for 8 seconds keep the pace slow the goal is to relax.

Also, google “guided imagery techniques” and learn about it, and then find a reputable video online (if it says to “clear your mind” then it’s no good).

These things may help prevent further panic attacks but... see a doctor, asap

By the way, can you show me a link to one of those meditation videos? I appear to be unable to find them.

If you look up just “Meditation for panic attack” or “meditation for anxiety”, you’ll find some good ones
