Default Eating enough

I got a lot of comments saying that I needed to eat more than what I was expending or smth, so I was wondering
1. how to figure out how much I am expending currently
2. how to eat more than that, because it seems pretty impossible right now eating that much (any tips for eating a lot of calories? I'm still in school, so my breaks are recess and lunch, so then socialising and eating becomes a balancing act)

thanks!

Well you lose weight by using more calories than you eat in a day and exercising is important so eating more but healthy can help you.

2- Try eating and socializing at the same time, it works for me

Drew here! Iʻm very open so enjoy! Don't forget what's up ^^

I have a bad case of being an attention seeker

PM me at any time to talk about whatever you want, I'm always happy with it

Google "BMR"
Stands for basal metabolic rate. Lots of good sites outthere.
Figure that, add in calories burned in exercise, and that ill be the amount of calories you need to MAINTAIN your current weight and muscle structure.
Then add in a few more calories in food and you will gain weight and muscle if you exercise.

I'm up to chat about anything!
Hit me up!!

I'm not an expert in this matter but make sure you stick to healthy foods and don't binge on too many sugary snacks just to get your calorie count up

So basically, check up on my calories using an online website or smth, and then go from there?

Would joining a gym be a bad idea if I'm not eating enough currently, so should I join one when I'm gaining more weight? Argh, I want to get to that stage where I'm fit enough that I've burnt the fat in my face and it's a bit more defined, but my body is built. Currently, I'm rather skinny, so I need to eat more, gain muscle, and then lose fat.

No watch what you eat when you go to the gym. If you want to lose fat, there's a diet for that. If you want to gain muscle at the gym, there's a diet for that. If you eat like you want to lose weight then go to the gym your body could look gross.

Not a Dr myself but....how old are you?
That's where I'd start. You could be 12/13 and getting advice here from members who are adults or close to it.

Be fair to yourself, if you're honestly and truly worried curious or whatever, talk to you're MD, nutritionist or a trainer. Someone who knows this hit. Cause not maintains a good diet when your still developing etc and exercising etc, can be really bad

And it's not only about calories. Calories are in all foods. It's a mixture of all the food groups, calories, carbs, sugar etc. and needs to be balanced based on your age and activity lever and your current physical health.

Just my 2 cents

Okay, then maybe just gain muscle and keep fit.
