All in 45 second bursts:
Push ups
Three way military crunches
Jumping jacks
Wide hand push ups
Tricep push-ups
Three way military crunches
Weighted push ups (don't know how much, again, just threw my bag on my back)
Weighted squats (bag plus a crate full of records. That shits heavy) x2
Three way military crunches

I was gonna do another round of two of push-ups but I'm burnt out

Had a bad day today, went down the run way 3 times on pole vault and ditched out on two of them, my legs were just so tired. Ran 5 hills after this. Not really a good work out for me today.

Had a shitty day of pole vaulting, excuse my language please, couldnt even plant and get in the air I have such a bad mental block right now

did the 100m and the 100m relay today also long jumped, all of those went pretty well.

Went to the weight room to blow off steam

Front squat 45X8
95X6
95X6
115X6

Back squat
135X5
(135X5
185X5
225X5) did these last three sets 5 hours later

inclined DB bench
40 each handX 10
40X10
40X10

Angle pressX 12

Pull ups X6 with 6 second eccentric

I just did hand offs with the baton three times 40 yards away from the 2nd leg. I long jumped 3 times to get ready for tomorrrows meet. I pole vaulted and finally got back into my grove

Scratched all my long jumps, got 10'6" on the pole vault and I was the first leg in the sprint medley (100M, 100M, 200M, 400M) we were winning but the 100M and 200M hand off was dropped so we went first to dead last.

Yeah lol tru. I used to be able to do 30-40 no problem in my PE class but slacking off for two years ain't good.. Finally gettin my ass in gear ever since this thread was made but rn I can probably do a good 20+ or so

Pole Vaulted and PRed yesterday at my meet, pole vaulted today but my legs were tired after the track meet since I usually do 3 events each meet. Did drills to focus on getting my right arm "planting tall", then ran 8 hills and then did lat pull downs at 75% BW 2X8
