Default Please cheer me up, I need it.

I have had thoughts of suicide for so long and just now asking for help. I don't cut mainly because of the fact that I'm a bloodaphobe (Thats probably not what its called) But I punch myself. Bite myself. I have a bad anger problem. My best friend (Whos a girl) Just randomly says we should stop talking, And now I'm in the worst shape in my life and just want to die. Overall can someone get my spirit up.

Well have you ever talked about your feelings, because it seems like you could be bottling something up. do you know why you are having thoughts of suicide?

The best friend is who I usually talk to about our problems. (Thats not why we stopped "talking" because we both vented on each other) Its mainly the fact that my BEST friend just randomly doesn't want to be friends anymore. My dad is a drunk that never shows any affection which I really need. My mom tells me that I'm a worthless piece of shit and will never grow up to be anything.

Have you ever thought about a counselor? that could help a lot.

My school has a chounselor but I don't want to seem like a messed up child to the rest of my family who actually care.

Just trust someone or write everything down or take your anger out on something else

And PS: I'm going to a counselor. It's ok. Trust them. They've seen people way worse than you.
