Default Mental illness?

- I like to cut myself, not because i want to die, not because im sad just because i like to see the blood.

- I like to hit my "friends". Hard.

- I get mad easy, i swear and say mean stuff to people all the time. I don't care if they get sad.

- I don't fall in love or have crushes, at all.

- I hate everyone but i expect everyone to love me.

Is this some kind of mental illness? or is it just normal teenager stuff

The cutting suggests mental illness. I'm a bit young, so I'm not sure about that. Talk to a doctor.

Without going into details, both apply to all of the reffered points. But only doctors should evaluate what is diseased or not.
