Not small for your age
There is no average for a 14 y/os penis...in fact, there is no average penis size (officially) for any minors! You're penis is fine, puberty ends around 20 or so, so you have 6 years to grow...and in a year my penis grew an inch. So, if you grow an inch in 2008, then a half inch in 2009, then an inch in 2011, that's 2 1/2 + 4 which = 6 1/2, above the official average of adults! =] |

Just wait it out, you're still young. Okay? When you're 20+ and your penis is still that small, yes, you're below average.. but you're perfectly fine right now. If it makes you feel any better, I'm only 6 inches when I'm erected and I'm 19 years old.
