FaceTime, Skype and Video Chat Exposure (Guys only, please)

Hi guys,
Okay so, everyday after school, my friends and I get online and use FaceTime, Skype, etc. to video chat with eachother. Every now and then I'll come across someone who I don't know, or I'll get a call from someone I don't know. So when this happens, it's usually men or teenagers who begin to masturbate and what-not. They tell me to show them my penis, but I usually disconnect the conversation, or sit and watch them do their thing. I'm 14, by the way.

Honestly, I've kinda wanted to try this with another guy my age, like 13 to 15.
So I have 3 questions:
