Wink Lose weight without gaining muscle

So, I decided to try losing some weight. I am 5'7 and weigh 135, so I am not overweight, and I don't look fat, but I have a bit of a stomach, and I'd like to be more toned. But, I would HATE to have muscles. I like the look of muscles, just on other people, not myself. How do I lose weight without appearing to have muscles?

You literally can’t lose fat without your muscles coming through. Or lose fat without building muscle.

Your muscles will become more visible, but it is possible to loose weight without building muscle. Just eat less and don't exercise, you need to work out to build muscle. You will still, however, appear to be more muscular than you currently appear if you loose weight, even if you don't put on any additional muscle.

Do some aerobic exercises. Like running. Have you ever seen a muscular runner, at least a long distance one? Losing weight doesn't mean undeveloped muscle is suddenly going to appear. Probably see more bone than muscle.

As others have mentioned focus more on cardio. Eventually your muscles will be more noticeable but not in the same way if you were going to focus on cardio and lifting weights

My advice would be :"RUNNING".

You will burn fat quickly when running.

With a normal speed running, you could burn from 100 to 124 calories per mile. Huge amount right!

The more you run the more strength you built without growing muscles xD

Argh, I forgot that you should follow a nutrition flow too. (WITHOUT SNACK!!!!!)

I lost 10 lbs just with running!!!! Happy running!!!

P.s: YOu should have a fitness tracker to track your workout too.

I think that it's kind of different to not want muscles, but anyway just concentrate on your diet. If you exercise to cardio and other exercises that do not produce muscle.
