Lateral raises
Face pulls

BB bicep curls
Seated/laying DB curls

Tricep pull downs(cable)(if this is how it's called)
Cable tricep kickback

Between every run 25x pushups,15x pullups,25x triceps dips,25x jumping squat,35x cycle sit ups, 5 mins of gymnastic ring
30 mins of pressups before running

(Work sets)

Pull ups with 6 second eccentric X10 for 3 sets at variation grips

10 explosive pull ups

10 muscle ups

Anything that involves a lot of stamina: Running, swimming, biking. I don't have a designated rountine, I just push myself as far as I can go and then just leave an ounce so that I can actually move afterwards.

Slept bad so kinda crappy workout ,not the same weight as usuall
Incline bench press3x6-10
Standing BB overhead press 3x6
Incline DB press 3x6-10
Flat DB flies 3x10

Standing smith machine calf raises 4x10-12

Seated machine chest flies 3x12

Tricep's cable kickback superset with tricep pulldowns

Hardcore,hardcore workout
Leg day

Squats 4x10 pyramid to 310 pounds
Leg press 3x10 very heavy,had to place the dumbells on top of the machine
Leg extensions 4 sets, 3 sets x12 ,last set 20 holy hell that burn
Stiff legged deadlift (for hams) 3x6-10 220pounds

Had to stop and leave the gym,my friend almost throwed up
