Went climbing yesterday to, and today. Would’ve gone and played volleyball but I’m running on 0%, no food, and I didn’t wear my ball sneakers

Also, went light on legs bc I ain’t do a leg day in a whillleeee

I just started a fitness routine for the last month, I don't care about having a super fit looking body, I just want to lost 20 pounds or so. You probably can't tell by my pictures that I need to lose weight, but trust me, I do! I will probably post some progress pictures in the future if anyone is interested.

I try to be active everyday by walking a few miles and using my parents exercise bike. I do some body weight stuff too a couple times a week. I have lost five pounds so far!

To anyone looking to some weight, it's only hard in the beginning getting adjusted to a healthier diet and daily physical activity, but after a week or so, you begin to look forward to it and you feel so much better about yourself! You don't need to do anything very strenuous either, just walking at a moderate speed everyday can give you great results.

I don't really have a scheduled workout, but every other day I do an 8-mile bike ride. Usually after I do 2 sets of 30-40 situps and 3 sets of however many pullups I can do in 2 minutes

In my house I first make sure that my room is closed off and hot that way I can really work up a sweat fast. Then I start with some stretches and a bit of yoga poses then I do as much push ups as I can in 2 minutes, as much sit ups in 3 minutes, punch training with 10 pound dumbells in each hand for 3 minutes, then low/medium kicks for 2 minutes. After that I take a breather which is usually a minute then I restart from the push ups. After the 3rd cycle I usually go biking after rehydrating and wiping off my sweat (though I usually forget to wipe it off most of the time). I bike around for maybe 10 minutes max and head back home. I do this usually around an hour after lunch every day I don't have classes and I wear compression shorts, briefs, and running shoes when I bike. If it's raining I skip the biking and just do a fourth repeat
