Default almost everytime..

..i close my eyes, i see a bunch of things covered in blood. im afraid to tell my therapist, idk wat she'll do. I dont really kno how to describe it, i guess you could say that its just a bunch of faces and dolls and anything else you could think of covered in black, gooey blood. it really scares me sometimes.

I wish everything could be wonderful again.

She's just going to help you, dont' worry, that's what she is there for. It sounds like you should tell her, it sounds pretty gruesome.

That's a psycological thing and we can't tell you. As long as you're not saying you want to kill someone, then the therapist wouldn't have to do something drastic. You need to tell the therapist, bottom line

It sounds like a psychotic symptom.
(Don't be scared by the word "psychotic" it's just the psych terminology)

Your therapist is there to help you, not judge you. You won't be locked in a ward or anything either.
Telling her is really the only thing you can do. Once she knows she can help you.

I get it occasionally.. It's part of my schizophrenia. when I get it, I get really loud blood-curdling screams at the same time.

You should definitely confide in her about it. That's one thing I've learned in the past (the hard way, might I add): you should always talk to those who are employed to give you aid.
