Default What's wrong with me?

Okay, I think I'm a good person. I mean, I always help my friends out as much as I can, I comment on people's status' cheering them up, etc.

But here's the problem, long story:

My friend died in a car accident, I was pretty upset about it. School was also annoying and stressful, and depression followed. I began to have these horrible thoughts, and then my aunt died. My mind progressively got worse as time went by, and now I.. accidentally say things I don't mean.

I feel bad about it, and I try to apologize/hold it in, but it comes out. I mean, I'm not a bully, I don't like making people feel like crap, I like helping people, but it's become a bad habit.

I'm seeing a therapist, but I'm not sure what this means..

Puberty for Girls Depression, Loss, and Grief Section; You'll find better responses there.

And it's likely you've just been under a lot of stress about everything. Because of that, you're probably constantly pressuring yourself when talking and commenting and whatnot, and it comes out the wrong way. But given the circumstances, I would try not to worry too much. Anyone who truly knows and understands what you went through should be able to understand this as well, and forgive you.

There's nothing wrong with you and holding things is not good either. You're seeing a therapist, that's the most important part. Grief over the loss of someone can take months to get over. The fact.that you lost 2 people makes it that much more stressful. Continue to work with your therapist and accept that it will take time and effort to get back to normal. In time you will! In the mean time, every single day you should find.one thing that you enjoy or makes you happy and make sure to do it. Maybe it's painting or singing or watching your favorite movie or just taking a walk and smelling some flowers, but do something just for yourself. The smallest things can make a big.difference.in hour happiness.
And I'm so sorry for your loss. That is so sad, but you're not alone. Everyone goes through this at some point. Every day will get a little better!

All that seeing a therapist means is that you're taking an important step to feeling better and safer with yourself. I hope everything goes well for you, you've had a tough time and you're probably just really stressed, and you're doing all the right things to get better
