Default Mind races

I hope im not the only one whos mind is constantly racing. I get filled with so many thoughts - one second i think about what i accomplished, then about the losses i went through, then about how lonely i can get which makes me sometimes panic, but then i get "stabilised" and think about something else... Its the worst when im tryna study, like rn. I get an idea (for example, i think how can i fix my car) then i say oh okay, this is a solution for it. But 3secs later, i think about how i can improve it and it goes on and on until i sleep. It gets so annoying sometimes, but i just cant help it. Even this post seems unorganized to me .

It could b an anxiety or obsessive
compulsive disorder. U have to
learn how to calm down and if u
have to complete one task finish
that task before u go to another
one. I get that way at times when
I think of something I have to do an
then im thinking how I can do it a lot
better and I never get to do it. It also
could b nerves trying to get a hold on u.

Overthinking is just worse. And when your mind gets like 20 thoughts in one minute, it is really frustrating. I get you. Maybe you need some counseling or therapy. This advice might sound generic but I feel it is always better to get professional help as they understand how human psychology works.
