Bulgarian squats 10 reps 3 sets
Squats 10 reps 3 sets with 20 lb dumbbell

Cool down stretches

Nice workouts here, thanks a lot! I want to renew my fitness activity soon, so it will be very helpful for me surely. By the way, guys, do you use some supplements for getting stronger and build some more muscle? I want to try out pa7 now, but need some more reference on it

I just do protein shakes after my workouts, no supplements. I'd recommend talking to a doctor or someone before doing that stuff tho - pills and supplements for building muscle.

what builds more muscle - food ,just eat good quality food that's it and you don't need any supplements.... getting stronger part... supplements = artificial strength (only one supp that might make you a little bit stronger - creatine) that's quite useless ,don't you think so? Stop believing in that supp crap , steroids that what makes you leaner,stronger and more muscular ,but everyone says that you should take that and that supp it's simply BS! Or usually it might be just placebo

Not too hard but its hard to do it all out at once. Good leg workout tho. Probably gonna add more reps or sets next time and throw in some bulgarian split squats or smth. Got the whole body in n was able to just do a bodyweight routine, no added weights (as i don't have em)

Hollllyyyyyy fuuuuuccck added more reps to my squats n added he split squats, ALSO added more arms (way more, holy fuck). Static stretching took a good 15 mins or so... whole workout lasted about a good hour n 20 mins or so? Maybe a bit more, dunno. Ahhhh fuck my body is gonna feel this tomorrow

Been off my game recently but I went rock climbing with my dad today. Did climbing and bouldering so I got a real good arms workout. Gonna check out this gym too either tomorrow or Tuesday and potentially get a membership there.

Finally had my first track and field practice today, and it was great. We did some good drills, jumps, sprints, I'm feeling it ^^ I was going to do some more core/arm stuff tonight but decided not to because I don't have time nor energy.
