Question Weird Thing Happening To Me

Sometimes (mostly 2 times a day) i can't know if the things i am seeing, hearing, smelling or the place i am in is real or not. This happens for like 30 seconds and then it goes back to normal. I am not schizophrenic. And those things are actually real. Not hallucinations. But it's like going into a spiritual state. Like floating around without your body. I like it and i want it to last longer. Does this happen to you? And do you know what is this?

Yes, I actually cannot relate enough. I literally have to tell my friends “I need a minute, something weirds happening” because everything seems so faded and unreal. Hope you reach back, tell me if you get diagnosed with anything

Did some research, this all makes sense.
Look up “Depersonalisation disorder”. It’s exactly what we’ve got.

Like Texan mentioned, this does seem a lot like depersonalisation disorder.
For those interested, the Wiki page has a lot of information on the matter.

The article mentions several causes for this depersonalization, but none of them are really achievable voluntarily (or something anybody would recommend, since it mostly seems to stem from abuse, fear and depression).

The article does mention meditation as a way to give these thoughts room, though- have you tried that before?

We could debate on your case quite long in a scientifical and pseudo-scientifial ways, about how your mind may be seeing different reallity, or you are experiencing something like astro-levitation - in your case, absolutelly random and uncontrolled, but I would reffer to the people who posted above me and I would also mention that is does seem like some sort of schizophrenia. See a doctor for a better consult...
