You can have disorganized thought processes without having bipolar.
However I think disorganized thinking is a symptom of bipolar disorder so yes it's probable yours is caused by your bipolar. But that doesn't mean everyones is. If you're concerned at all about Bipolar Disorder or any of it's symptoms and effects you should really talk to a medical health professional so you can get all the information you need.

My main issue is racing, unwanted thoughts, which is associated with bipolar, but I do have that as well, though we've been looking into whether I'm schizophrenic or not so I can't for-sure say that it's a common sign. Like Louise said, you can have that and not be bipolar, but it's not unusual in my opinion to be seeing that if you're bipolar.

And I'm sorry I didn't build your walls. And I'm sorry I had to go and fall.
And I'm sorry I had the whole thing wrong. Well, I guess I'm the sorriest of all.
And I'm sorry that you are feeling small. And I'm sorry that I'm not used to crawling.
And I'm sorry the writing's on the wall. Well, I guess I'm the sorriest of all.
