Default Hands Shaking

So this isn't something I have a problem with but I've noticed it for a while and just wanted to know if anybody knew why it could be happening. If I just hold my hand up it shakes quite a bit (this happens with both of them).

Had this for years. Gets somewhat bad at times but the doctor has said it's nothing to worry about. Perks of being an active/nervous kinda person

Do you put a lot of pressure on your self during sports? Some of my body parts shakes too, if I really push myself doing gymnastics or running

It doesn't only happen after exercise, it's all the time

If it’s severe, you should go see a neurologist and see if you have nerve damage of some kind

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move..........Dont Panic!

Have you noticed any other differences in ability to speak clearly or articulate various sounds or syllables?

Also how are you with memory tasks? Have you noticed any changes in ability to memorize and recall things?

Do you have any stiffness or aches and pains anywhere on your body?

Have you gotten your blood pressure looked at? What’s your diet consist of? Secondary question are you vegan, Vegetarian or regular meat and plant eater?

Ask your doctor if you may have something that is called Essential Tremor. This is common and NOT related to Parkinson's Disease. Basically it can affect your head, legs, voice, arms, but it is mostly in the hands. It can happen by doing something like writing or tying your shoes and can be aggravated by stress, fatigue, caffeine, and extreme temperatures.

I thought I had this because I experienced weakness in my hands and unwanted movement in my hands and arms after my accident, but mine was because of my SCI.
