Default Facial hair

So I decided I'm gonna shave tomorrow, mainly because my friends have been telling me to shave off my moustache and I thought it would be a "good" idea anyway.

Any tips for a first time shaver? As in, "shave like this..." or something like that?
I'll tell you guys tomorrow how it works out haha.

Thanks to all in advance.

Edit: It went surprisingly good...I missed a few hairs but I didn't cut myself n.n

19, pretty damn curious, play too many videogames, guitar and piano are really fun, and something something stuff goes here.

I might be getting a little bit old...Message me if you so wish.

A big hint for when you're doing it for the first time: Go slow. Trust me on this one.

It's a lot better if you just let the razor slide smoothly over your face, do not be tempted to try to push harder if there's an annoying hair or two. You don't want to end up all scratched.

As well, the electric razors are very nice and easy to use, if you don't have one I would certainly invest in one because it will serve you well for a good long time.

Shave after a hot bath or shower so the folecules are open. Also, go with the hair first, the against it and afterwards use eith a scentless moisturiser or talcom powder to reduce itchyness.
Hope I've helped

Using an electric razor for the first few months is a great way to start. For me though it became too thick to use one.

Using a 'proper' razor, It may seem like common sense - but go with the hair, not against. If you go against the hair you are basically ripping the hair from your face which is not only painful, but causes bleeding and scratches.

There probably isn't any need for shaving foam or any other form of lubricant if you're just starting out. Doing it in the shower/bath or just afterwards is always a good idea because water should be enough to stop the razor taking loads of skin with it.

wet your face, rub the shaving cream in your hands, place cream on face, shave away, go over a couple of times for a close shave

I would use some lotion afterwards too it can do some damage to your skin. Especially if you nick yourself. Trust me I've been shaving since the fifth grade.

Well, the electric razor is better - while it's still effective.

I do it a lot, because prepubescent guys just look retarded with a stache.
But yeah, I use an old razor because I'm too afraid to ask my parents for one, it'd be awkward and they'd tell me no.
But I have cut myself a couple times, but if you're really careful it shouldn't happen.

Oh, and for the love of god, I'M STRAIGHT and I DON'T trade pics.
And another thing. I hate PMs saying, "hey, what's up?" Thy're pointless.[/rant]

Lol, looking at reputation in the CP and seeing how immature bratty kids deal with 'mean people'. I laugh every time.
