Question Being self-concious

I've had anxiety to varying degrees for all my life. The worst of it didn't really begin until I was around 12 though. After that point, I started to get really anxious, and usually about the most insignificant things.

So, my question is, do you guys ever feel self-conscious about the way you walk or stand? For some reason, I'm always worried that I'm standing or walking the 'wrong' way, if that's even possible. And, the ironic part about it is, the fact that I'm anxious about it makes me actually walk weird or stand in a weird way because I'm trying to correct something that probably isn't there to begin with. Have you guys experienced this?

Usually as teens start puberty they get
self conscious about themselves I think
mainly to the changes that r happening
with their bodies. IDK if ur going through
this but either way if u get a mindset that
u think u r clumsy or look different ur mind
will never b at ease. Its better just to b your
self and think that others maybe having the
same thoughts themselves. I find myself in
anxious situations but I just forget about my
self-try anyway. Don't overthink things that
may not b.

If you have somewhere like a beach available, try nudism
Accepting your body and that everyone’s body is different and welcome is huge
