Default Fear I'm gaining too much weight

I'm 16 Male 5 5 and weigh 126 pounds and idk why I haven't eaten anything heavy usually I weigh 120 and I weighed 115 at the start of the year is this just me getting older and Gaining more natural weight or what
I'm practically starving myself bc i think I'm fat

You could try speaking with your doctor, there's always the possibility that something else might be going on. But if you haven't had any lifestyle or dietary changes (have you taken up a sport? a new job? working out? how's your mental health? etc.), it's probably just your body's natural fluctuations as you go through your adolescent years (especially as you gain height and muscle!).

weight gain is a normal side effect of puberty, because your body is changing. Just eat healthy and get your exercise in, don't starve yourself...that is unhealthy.

I think it's probably just a natural occurrence and nothing to be concerned about, looking at weight charts you seem to be well within the normal range.

I had a major weight gain over the past 6 months or so but it's due mostly to the meds I'm on and a known side effect of that.

I agree with the others that talking with a medical professional is the way to go and to get exact data to see if you are indeed overweight. If you are gaining weight and are not eating much, then talking with a doctor will be a good way to figure out what is going on.

Just make sure you are physically active and that you are eating rightly. Try to stay away from junk food and sodas because those two things alone can help someone pack on the pounds.
