I always have a lot of discharge for some reason. It doesn't matter where I am in my cycle, I always have a crap load of it! Its not an infection, I already got it checked out at planned parenthood. But I just need to know how to minimize or help control this, because its nasty!!

Some girls just have naturally more discharge. It's really nothing to fret about. If it's bothersome wear pantyliners. If you take birth control did it start after taking oral contraceptives? If so, this could be the reason and a simple switch in medicatio by your doctor could help. If not, hormones may have something to do with it. Try a healthier diet and cotton panties to absorb moisture.
And the rest is rust and stardust.

It just happens. Same with me, except that it gets particularly bad in the first week after my cycle when it's all clear and I end up with a shit ton of it. Try using pantyliners (thin ones) to make it less awkward.
